Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate with 2-5 years of experience in corporate law and M&A transactions. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, and advising clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
• Draft and review transaction agreements, shareholders agreements and joint venture documents
• Conduct legal due diligence on target companies
• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Support partners on cross-border transactions
Requirements
• LLB or LLM from a recognized university
• 2-5 years of corporate/M&A experience at a reputable law firm
• Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Arabic
• Admission to the Egyptian Bar
