Our Antitrust & Competition practice provides strategic legal advice to domestic and international clients on all aspects of competition law and regulatory compliance. In addition to advisory work, we represent clients before the Egyptian Competition Authority and other relevant regulatory bodies in relation to investigations, merger notifications, regulatory inquiries, and enforcement proceedings. We also assist clients in developing and implementing tailored competition compliance programs, internal policies, and employee training designed to promote a culture of compliance and reduce antitrust risks.
